How do I enroll in a course?
Open the Catalog, choose a course, and add it to your cart. Proceed to the Cart to review and finalize your purchase.
Which skill levels are supported?
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each course page lists prerequisites and recommended experience in the description and outcomes.
Do I need special tools?
We provide tool checklists for each course. Start with awls, lasting pliers, edge irons, a stitching pony, and a calibrated heat source for finishing. Cohorts discuss budget and pro-grade options.
What is the schedule for live cohorts?
Cohorts run seasonally. Sessions are recorded. If you miss a meeting, you can submit work for feedback asynchronously.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. Upon completing assignments and passing a skills review, you receive a digital certificate from Separate Nest Atelier.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days for on-demand courses if less than 20% is completed. Live cohorts may be refunded up to 7 days before the start date. See Terms for details.
How do I get instructor feedback?
Cohorts include critique sessions and dedicated office hours. On-demand courses provide optional feedback add-ons.
Do I keep access to on-demand courses?
Yes. On-demand modules include lifetime access with updates when we refine methods or add case studies.
